SANDRA'S CHRISTMAS

Making a Difference

This program is named after a mother who dedicated her life to helping others, one of her most notable kind acts, was every Christmas she went out her way to help children celebrate Christmas, this program is dedicated to Sandra Parr, The Sandra's Christmas is an annual event that is geared toward providing  homeless families a place to celebrate Christmas surrounded by loving individuals.  The event will be held at a hotel where participants will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at a hotel or housing unit to celebrate Christmas, the participants will take part in a Christmas Eve dinner, which will consist of gourmet dinners and live entertainment.  On Christmas Day the participants will open gifts provided by the organization and take part in a dinner celebration later in the evening.

YOUTH EMANCIPATION

FREE TRAINING

This program is geared toward providing training to youth between the ages of 16 - 24, the training consist of security, janitorial, landscaping etc.  the participants are encouraging to take all the vocational classes and learn each skill to become multi-skilled in numerous trades.  This allows participants to become more confident in themselves when it comes to being employed.  Trades must be passed down to the youth to learn to provide for themeselves.

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our partners are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our  members and deliver members the support they need, when they need it.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

TRAINING IS FREE

Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement the training. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data and training methods, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.  This allows us to create an effective and successful training program.
